Before starting Calquence on Feb. 10, 2023 my white count was 259,000, Hgb was 9.4, spleen very enlarged and many very enlarged lymph nodes. Doing two week follow ups and WBC has dropped to 213,000 then 173,000 and last was 159,000 with Hgb now up to 11.8. Spleen and nodes have diminished in size by more than 50%. First several weeks had mild headaches but those are gone now. Very pleased with my results to date.

I'm a 77 yrs old male patient using calquence for 7 months with absolutely no side effects. My index gone from 230 down to only 9. It cost can$8650 each month, fortunately all paid for by the government of Canada. Thanks god.

I have found the treatment proven extremely effective in the short amount of time that I've been taking it... That being said, I have unfortunately experienced several of the side effect (headaches, nausea, and muscle cramps). Still, I would much rather deal with those temporary discomforts rather than the cancer. The results thus far greatly outweigh the side effects.

So far so good I am using this therapy after imbruvica failed due to Afib. No real side effects but a few headaches. White blood cells are normal. You do have to take it twice a day and sometimes hard to remember to take so I use a pill box. There is only one mg dose so it either works or it doesn't.
