- 5 mg/kg IV every day; infuse IV at rate of 2.5 mg/kg/hr

- fever,
- chills,
- nausea,
- vomiting, and
- abnormal kidney function tests.
Serious side effects of Amphotericin B Phospholipid Complex include:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- fever,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- new or worsening cough,
- wheezing,
- trouble breathing,
- blue lips,
- blue-colored fingers or toes,
- easy bruising,

- purple or red spots under the skin,
- slow heart rate,
