Dr. Crandall received her undergraduate degree from Pomona College and studied medicine both at Loyola University Strich School of Medicine and UCLA Medical School. She received honors both in biostatistics and behavioral science from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine. Dr. Crandall received her Medical Degree from the UCLA School of Medicine and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the UCLA Medical Center. She is U.S. board certified in Internal Medicine and is presently an Associate Professor of Medicine at the UCLA School of Medicine.
Dr. Crandall has been an ad hoc reviewer of the Annals of Internal Medicine, Fertility and Sterility, Contemporary Medicine in Women's health and is on the editorial advisory board of the Journal of Gender-Specific Medicine. She is an internist focused on women's health and has given numerous lectures and presentations in this area which have included discussions on reproductive endocrinology, breast cancer, menopause, osteoporosis and obesity. Her clinical practice is based at the Iris Cantor-UCLA Women's Health Center.
