David Zachary, MD
Dr. Zachary received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Pasadena College (now Point Loma College) in 1968. He received his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine, Omaha, Nebraska in 1972. He did a one year rotating internship at the Naval Regional Medical Center, Oakland, California. He completed his Family Practice residency training at the Naval Regional Medical Center, Camp Pendleton, California in 1975. He then took the position of teaching staff at his residency training site for four years, serving as the Residency Training Director during the final year. He has been in the private practice of Family Medicine since 1979 in San Clemente, California. He is board-certified in Family Practice and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He has special interests in sports medicine and medical ethics. He is currently the Chief of Staff at Columbia San Clemente Hospital and Medical Center.
