Dr. Noah graduated Summa Cum Laude from UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles. He received his medical degree from UCLA where he was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Noah completed his internship and residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and completed his Fellowship at UCLA. He is board certified in Internal Medicine.
Since 1996, he has been director of the residency training program at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He has received numerous awards for teaching excellence which include: Golden Apple Award for Excellence in Teaching - Cedars- Sinai Medical Center, Award for Excellence in Education - UCLA School of Medicine, Clinician-Teacher Award - Southern California Society of General Internal Medicine and Education Award, California Region Society of General Internal Medicine. Dr. Noah has given numerous lectures and presentations in the field of medical education and internal medicine.
