It may help with shrinking my sinus a bit, but the other side affects caused me to have headaches, dizziness and fatigue. I also have a bit of memory loss like someone else mentioned on this thread.
I used this successfully years ago. My doctor had me take 2 sprays/nostril twice daily for 3 weeks, then the standard dose of 2 sprays/nostril once daily. While it essentially worked, I did have tiredness, some headaches, but most troubling are memory problems. I've never had memory problems before. Now that I've been on the standard dose I'm still having memory problems, but the tiredness is decreasing. I'm hoping my brain will recover fully. If I ever need this again I will not be doing the double dose. I think I'd prefer to try something else next time.
No improvement at all
Omnaris Ciclesonide has reduced the amount of daily post-nasal drip congestion, but I can only take it in the morning as it keeps me awake otherwise.
I suffer from seasonal allergies (grass and pollen) and this spray works right when I use and it cleared my nose in just 2 days. I use many other sprays like nasonex, dymista and avamys but this one works best for me.
To give a better picture, I have a bit of a deviation in my nose which causes trouble breathing while sleeping. I’ve had the spray for like at least 6 months and it’s been working perfectly fine. I was able to sleep comfortably without thinking of breathing differently… until now, I don’t know why it’s not working anymore. My nose is congested like it was before, I need to sleep on my left side bc my right side would get all congested if I don’t. Why did it suddenly stop working? I have no clue… I started to suspect it like 1 week ago. I would wake up and my nose would be runny, then slight congestion and for the past 2 days I fall asleep with my right side completely congested. I don’t understand the change.
I felt a change in my symptoms soon after using the nasal spray. The spray kept me free from nasal congestion and post nasal drip.
Had inflamed sinus after COVID infection. My ENT suggested 2 x sprays into each nostril 2 x per day. Have been on it for 3 weeks. It worked! Took away the nausea, headaches and ear pain. Only 3 starts due too side effects. After 3 weeks needed to stop as tongue tingles after eating and feel dizziness and sensitive nostrils. Really works but side effects appear to be as bad as the condition that it's treating.
I get ear aches from acid reflux. It clears them up quickly.
I suffer a lot during ragweed season. This eliminates 99% of all my symptoms. I only use it July-November, and have been using it for over 5 years.
Bad sinus infection. I have been using this for three weeks now. Excellent.Opened up the sinuses. Very Happy patient
I've got seasonal and year round allergies. As soon as my seasons are done - I have to switch to a different nasal spray because Omnaris gives me horrific headaches - dries me up too much during the fall/winter months. But it's extremely effective for spring/summer.
totally ineffective even though using for about 3 months
This is the best. It does not have a decongestant built in it like Flonase and Nasonex. So way less side effects, no sleep issues either. Decongestants are bad because they tend to give unwanted anxiety or sleep problems. Not this! Enjoy????
I've been taking Omnaris for 5 months to shrink a nasal polyp. As a happy side-effect, the drug is effective against seasonal allergies. I've been able to breathe freely through my nose and have had far fewer sinus infections. I had an eye exam 2 months ago that determined my vision and eye pressure were fine (side-effects sometimes reported with this drug). I have found when pollen is really bad that I need to take an Allegra in addition to the Omnaris to keep my nose from stuffing up. Overall, quite happy with this medication and would rather keep taking this than undergo elective rhinoplasty to remove the polyp.
My 17 year old daughter experienced lack of menstrual cycle, high testosterone, and high thyroid levels. These side effects are Not listed on the medication paperwork that comes with the nasal spray. You need to go online to find this info. I am shouting this from the roof tops to get this changed, filing report with FDA, strongly urging her allergy doctors office to tell parents this before they prescribe to adolescent females, and reviewing on sites like this. Maybe this will be read by one parent who will second guess putting their daughter on this spray. Did it work for seasonal allergies, absolutely! HUGE COST TO PAY with this side effect!! Do not put your daughter on this!
I am a new user, after 7 diffrent nose spray scripts (all diffrent meds) I have found my solution. Thank You.
This has almost relieved all my symptons.

I developed too many side effects. Dizzy, headache, lightheaded, hearing loss, fatigue. Maybe more, but these cleared up after I stopped using. Took for about one month. Reason... scratchy throat, change in voice, some raspiness.
