In my opinion it is a good patch. At first I too had problems with adhesion However now I swipe a cotton ball with alcohol over the area I place the patch, wait for it to dry, put on the patch then blast 10 seconds with a blow-dryer. That does the trick!

I have followed the application instructions but it comes off every time i have a shower and approx every 24 hours regardless. Plastic is quite hard and doesn’t flex well with movement.

This patch is so annoying. It won’t stick on keeps falling off. I was using Estradot the last 3 years and no problems. But as they are out of stock we have to use this one.

The patch does not even stay on for a day. Waisted 3 patches in 4 days. So disappointing. It sounds like I have a piece of plastic stuck to me that crinkled and cracks while I walk. Terrible! This should be taken off the market.

They should be taken off the market. What a waste of money. You are lucky if u get one day with it staying on your skin. I have used 3 in 2 days

The patches themselves are terrible, they don't stick to the skin well, they crumble and are rustly. Extremely big compared to other HRT (that unfortunately aren't produced anymore) yet to see an effectiveness from them, I am still having flushes and still no energy levels. but it has only been a few weeks. All in all, I'm only using because there are no other patches available and in stock,

Couldn't get estradot or estradiol so was given estraderm. Patch is huge, doesn't stick very well so doesnt give the correct amount if release, symptoms came back very quickly. Would not recommend and I refuse it from the chemist.

I also was using Estradot which was great, but have been unable to get it, so chemist switched to Estraderm. It’s terrible, too big, doesn’t stick, so probably not getting the right dose and have felt like crap since using it. Don’t bother.

I have been on Estraderm MX 100 for ~2 months which I went on due to Estradot supply issues. I wasn't keen to swop but I am finding that overall the actual dispersal of the estrogen via Estraderm - or something! - agrees with me much better. I would say - after previously being on Estradot (with Mirena) for more 6 months, I have had more "pretty good" days over the past 2 months on Estraderm, and feel less up/down since using the Estraderm product overall. I have still had outside influences/work stress but are managing to "hang in there" better I feel. My strategy has been to apply a breathable bandage to the large Estraderm patch to ensure it is secure; as I was getting an inflamed skin reaction with Estradot (and now better skin since using Estraderm). I am at the point of preferring a better outcome - with both my hormone fluctations? and skin - albeit the patch size and stickability issues others are mentioning as concerns.

I had previously been using Estradot but there was a shortage so was put on estraderm. The patch is more than 4 times the size of my Estradot at the same strength and doesn't stick properly. I was told to use tape to keep it on but because the patch isn't making proper contact it's not delivering enough medication. Terrible product.

I’ve tried gel, other patches and sprays and always come back to this patch. It is brilliant and takes away all my symptoms. Thank you Norgine!

Total hysterectomy 1978 at a young age (Thanks Dalkon Shield!). Started oral meds, then found this product. A life saver for me & family, ;-). Worked perfectly all these yrs, then was removed from market. WHY? My alternative has been Vivelle. Not happy w/sweats & moods! Plus more expensive! Made by same company.

I have been a long term patient on this treatment and experienced additional benefits related to alleviation of cardiac symptoms, continued elasticity of skin, and skin tone. I have been told that the product is no longer available, and have yet to find another estrogen product that produces the same results. I would like to know how to acquire the product, or, is there an accessible replacement with the same comoposition?

Been on this since 1985 and love it. However, I've been told it's not going to marketed anymore. I hope they are wrong as this is the ONLY drug that stopped the hormone swings after surgery. I've been through every other possible means of inducing hormones into my system and this is by far the best for me.
