absolutely fabulous. rid/nix is worthless. ulesfia gets rid of the bugs. we don't usually do any combing after treatment and do the 2nd treatment 7 days later and any hatched bugs are gone. the thing to remember is you still have to wash everything and vaccuum. the is a wonderful medicine and i hope the lice don't become immune to it like with the rid/nix.

This works. I prefer it to Rid/Nix because it is not a pesticide nor a toxin. However - you MUST still comb DAILY to get all the nits (eggs) out. If you don't do that, the problem will return. Keep combing till after the 2nd treatment. You have to use the 'Terminator comb' or the one from NPA. The others are worthless. Also - please use gloves when doing this treatment. If you have to treat multiple kids your hands will be submersed for a while and they will be numb. Cheap medical gloves prevent that.

I had used common OTC and Rx pesticide products on my daughter's hair without much success. Ulesfia was much more pleasant to use and worked great!
