I was diagnosed about 5 years ago with pulmonary arterial hypertension. I was first started on Tracleer. My pulmonologist recently started me on Adcira. I do feel that it has helped me breathe a bit easier...however...the side effects have not been a good trade off for me. I have experienced debilitating headaches as well as facial edema and chronic edema in my legs and feet. I also experience severe sinus issues. I enjoy being able to breathe a little easier...but I am a 42 year old mother of 5...so the side effects have been hard to live with.

My daughter is 16 and was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension when she was 6 years old. She has been on tracleer and revatio for many many years. This month we stopped the revatio and started taking adcirca. My daughter said that she could instantly feel better results. She said she was able to walk up stairs without being as winded and was able to exercise more. Hopefully this positive effect will continue.

It's Cialis. My insurance didn't catch this for almost a year. When they did they wouldn't allow it cause Doc refused to lie & say it was for that heart blood pressure condition. I took 40mg & it made me so hard it was pulling on the skin between my thighs! Incredible. Could "do it" non-stop with her for up to 3 hrs. I was a sex monster on this stuff.

This drug is pretty expensive. But, once the insurance started working with me. I was able to afford it. The only really bad side effect for me was heartburn. It didn't matter what I ate. I could have even drank water, and it would cause it. The doctor told me to take Zantac 150mg up to 2 times a day. One in the morning and one at night.

Adcirca is Cialis. No chemical difference. Even shape of pill is same. Best benefit is insurance pays for as many as you can get your Doctor to prescribe. Most Docs will to help you get around the insurance limit on Cialis. Adcirca dosing is typically 20 to 40 mg daily. For me works best taking 20 mg everyday. Works best if cut in half and both halves taken at once. Doing this produces a really super hard erection that lasts until ejaculation, up to several hours later. No side effects. Turns me into a sex monster of desire and performance. Life has never been so good. God bless Adcirca.
