Helps somewhat with scalp psoriasis. Very expensive; be sure you use rebate form supplied by manufacture to pay your copay. My copay was $75. Without insurance it can cost $400! I only use it on the back of my scalp where I have the problem. If you use it on your whole scalp, you will go through a tube in a couple of weeks. It helps but I use an unmedicated shampoo after words. It is terrible as a shampoo by itself. Does not clean you hair. Works better than Head and Shoulders or any other dandruff shampoo. Tar shampoos irritated my scalp more. This shampoo stops itching and reduces plaques. I would not spend the money for it if my insurance and their rebate did not cover the cost.
