This medication caused me to experience severe bone/joint/muscle pain. I could not continue this medication due to the intense pain that it caused me to have in my bones.

So glad I found Binosto! I was having mutiple issues with generic alendronate sodium pills—ie, GI upset & tolerability, esophageal issues, as well as difficulty swallowing pills... Now, I simply drink a strawberry flavored 4oz “soda” 1/week, and it is so much easier to tolerate! No complaints so far :)
