I have been using Keveyis for 90 days. I was prescribed 50mg 2X per day but found the initial dosage caused drowsiness, lack of mental acuteness so I reduced the dose to 50mg once every other day. I have had ZERO hyperkalemic episodes since taking the medicine and am so happy to report that my multi attack per week episodes have ceased completely!! All side effects have dissipated as well.
