I tried this medication for two days at the lowest dose of 13mg. I have a tsh that falls between 7-10. By the second day I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. Every joint in my body became so painful I couldn�t move. I lost control of my bowels and became mentally unstable to the point I was afraid to be left alone. It put me into a major hyperthyroid state. This medication should come with a warning. It is much much stronger than any pill form Levothryoxine and should never be given at the same dose as pill form. It was so strong I can�t even take the lowest dose. If you want to try it please start very low. Trust me. Unless you want to have AFIB.

This form of the medication has been a god send for me! There are zero dyes, fillers or other junk. Just water and glycerol. It’s very easy to squirt in a glass of water, drink and then chase with another glass of water. You can even squirt it into a veggie cap and swallow it, if you’d like. I am finally not having an allergic reaction to my thyroid meds. I’m allergic to all of the other brands, and can’t take regular tirosint due to a beef allergy. The gel cap is bovine. However, I don’t think it’s as strong as levothyroxine tablets or Tirosint gel caps so I’m still trying to find the right dose. I’m confident I will get there.
