I started taking this medication for about a month, after loosing my hair while on Topamax, and I had about four headaches that just wouldn't go away. I had to just wait them out. Then at the end of the month, I started getting really dizzy after I got out of the shower to the point that I would pass out. This happened three times in a row, and my neuro immediately took me off of Calan SR.

I was placed on calan originally to help with my Raynauld's condition. I have since developed high blood pressure and high colesteral otherwise I am an active 64 year old. Could there be an underlying condition I am not aware of?

My boyfriends suffers from cluster headaches. Not only does this medicone not help, but it slows his heart rate and makes thins increasingly more difficult. I do not reccomend this drug for cluster headaches.

I continue to have periods of increase heart rates at times and depression. Low blood sugar is also a problem. I use to have migraine headaches. But after I started taking Calan SR Oral. I stop having them. That was a big plus for me. The headaches were debilitating.
