Patient has taken med for just under 6 months now. When taking med as prescribed, pt doesn't hear voices, the trick is getting him to take the morning dose so he does not have issues. After starting med and getting voices to stop, patient has learned to ignore the voices ever so slightly. He still has a long way to go but med is helping. He still has issues with depression and has a hard time getting out of bed for more than a few hours at a time. Sleeps between 12 and 20 hours a day.
