I accidentally mixed it up with my anti-skin cancer cream and every place I put it I suffered sustained loss of feeling and neurological problems. i did not realize my mistake until I noticed the first symptoms which began in my toes.

I was prescribed this for angular cheilitis (mouth/lip condition) and was advised by my doctor I should see an improvement in a few days. It's been a full week and the condition is the same as it was. I was given a sample at the time it was prescribed and a $40 coupon - was SHOCKED to see the 'cash' value of this cream was $348. WOW. Thank you for expressing the length of time it took to see improvements noted by previous patients.

I was prescribed this cream, along with lamisil, for a foot fungus I picked up after cutting both of my feet. It DOES NOT do anything special and is extremely expensive. Lamisil cream does just as well. There is also an anti-fungal powder you can get in my drug stores - sprinkle it in your shoes, on your feet, and between your toes since fungus LOVES moisture. This powder is helping a lot. 7 months of treatment and my feet are almost normal again. I figure two more months and I'll be good to go. Good luck.

I was prescribed this by a dermatologist for angular cheilitis and used it on the corners of my mouth. The sides of my lips became inflamed and beet red within 2 days. I was told it "might get worse before getting better." I tried to use it a few more times, but it literally looked like bright red lipstick on the sides of my mouth, and it hurt. I asked the pharmacist for a refund because Costco charged me $256.96 for one tube. They would not give the refund. I asked the doctor to help with the refund. They would not help. Eventually, I called the pharmaceutical company, Valeant Pharma, and filed a complaint. Then, called Costco and the Dermatologist. Now, everyone is saying at some point I will be refunded for the medicine, and I am now prescribed Nystatin, an old anti-fungal medicine the patent has run out on! But is very effective and much less expensive.

Applied this to fungus on the top and sides of my feet. While at first it seemed to work, the fungus quickly returned as the weather warmed and my feet sweated more. There is no generic available and it's no more effective than generic econazole.

My dermatologist has had me using this medication (along with trimming) to treat a finger nail infection for months now. Fortunately he has been providing me with samples. (this medication is very expensive). There has been some improvement, but at a very slow rate. I haven't experienced any side effects, but find the progress to be way too slow!

Started this for jock itch that may have been caused by summer exercise and sweating. Medication easy to apply and after a few days, skin was drying out with some flaking, but redness still remained. After 12 days, dry skin had some areas where it was splitting causing tenderness and soreness. The doctor noted it may take 2 months of use for complete healing and to apply a moistureizer between uses. Was hoping for faster results and better progress. Jury still out if this will work, With perscription card, $40 a tube, without, $140! Tube lasted about 2 weeks.

I used this cream for 1 month. I noticed redness and inflamation on my toes after use. Upon returning to my MD, I was told that this was not caused by the cream. Shortly after, I started to experience tingling up my calfs, and went to the E.R. where Heperin was started to rule out blood clots. When I informed the hospital that I had used this cream, they stated that it may be a side effect from the cream. Please be aware if you experience these symptoms, that it could be caused by ertaczo.
