My experience with Lithostat has not been a positive one. As soon as I took the first dose of the medicine I started having severe headaches. Now I have been taking it for a little over a week now and my side is hurting where my liver is. I am not sure whether or not it is effecting my liver or not. My doctor give me this and told me it was an antibiotic. I have been researching this medicine and it is not an antibiotic. I am under the impression that I should be taking antibiotics with it. What do I need to do?
