- This medication contains neomycin/polymyxin B/bacitracin/pramoxine. Do not take Neosporin Plus Pain Relief Ointment or TriBiozene Ointment if you are allergic to neomycin/polymyxin B/bacitracin/pramoxine or any ingredients contained in this drug.
- Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

- Ototoxicity (ear) and nephrotoxicity (kidney) are possible if treating large surface area or chronic use
Pregnancy and Lactation
