Warnings

• This medication contains neomycin/polymyxin B/bacitracin/pramoxine. Do not take Neosporin Plus Pain Relief Ointment or TriBiozene Ointment if you are allergic to neomycin/polymyxin B/bacitracin/pramoxine or any ingredients contained in this drug.
• Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

• Ototoxicity (ear) and nephrotoxicity (kidney) are possible if treating large surface area or chronic use

Pregnancy and Lactation

• Use neomycin/polymyxin B/bacitracin/pramoxine with caution during pregnancy if the benefits outweigh the risks. Animal studies show risk and human studies are not available or neither animal nor human studies were done.
• It is unknown if neomycin/polymyxin B/bacitracin/pramoxine is excreted in breast milk. Systemic absorption of topical lidocaine has been reported.
• Pregnant or breastfeeding patients should seek the advice of a health professional before using over-the-counter (OTC) drugs.
