What Are Dosages of Phenylephrine Nasal?
Nasal Spray
- 0.125%
- 0.25%
- 0.5%
- 1%
Nasal Congestion
- Adults: Instill 2-3 sprays or 2-3 drops every 4 hours of 0.25-0.1% solution as needed; not to exceed 3 days
- Children over 12 years: Instill 1-2 sprays or 1-2 drops intranasally every 4 hours of 0.25-0.1% solution as needed; not to exceed 3 days
- Children 6-12 years: 2-3 drops intranasally every 4 hours of 0.25% solution as needed; not to exceed 3 days
- Children 2-6 years: 1-3 drops intranasally every 2-4 hours of 0.125% solution as needed; not to exceed 3 daysv
- Children under 2 years: Consult a physician

Warnings
- This medication contains phenylephrine nasal. Do not take NeoSynephrine Nasal or Neo-Synephrine Cold ∧ Sinus Mild Strength Spray if you are allergic to phenylephrine nasal or any ingredients contained in this drug.
- Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
Contraindications
- Cardiac disease (hypertension, HR, palpitations)
- Nonselective MAO inhibitors: Risk of a hypertensive reaction

Cautions

Pregnancy and Lactation
