I am a healthy male of 57, no big belly, not that great on exercising but regularly do a few dozen squats and push-ups nearly everyday. Having trouble with maintaining erection for more than 1-2 minutes and it is may be only 70-80% max hardness. The dosage of 10mg only works reasonably well for the first few times then it became so so. Once I asked for 20mg dosage from my doctor, it works much better, I can maintain it for 20-30 minutes in varying 80-95% hardness. The only side effect for me is some blocked sinuses if lying down, which is understandable. Hopefully this will work for a long time and every time as I am afraid the 20mg dosage will lose its effect in the future as happened with the 10mg dose because I have tried going back to 10mg as an experiment, but it does not work any more. NOTE: The "hardness " effect lasts a bit over 24 hours for me, and after 2 hours after taking the pill ( not 30 min as advertised). Conclusion: 20mg dosage every 24 hours, at least 1 hour before sex, eat red meat , seafood or anything that boosts your testosterone, sleep well, no stress and exercise your lower body especially. Every person is different so this is just my personal opinion.

Was very impressed with the results of this medication. I used the 20mg as needed tablet and after getting aroused, It gave me an extremely hard erection which stayed hard. I also suffer from PE and for some reason it also seemed to help with that as well. I had no side-effects from using the product. Trust me, if your considering using cialis talk to your doctor you won't be disappointed. It will give you your confidence back, I feel like I'm 20 years old again and I'm 60.

I was having trouble maintaining my erection during Intercourse , often losing my erection while I was inside my wife , I went to my doctor and got put on Cialis and honestly we both could not recomend Cialis enough my erections a rock hard and last as long as I want and it gives me great confidence in my sex life and the effects last 3 to 4 days , all you need is some sexual stimulation and a rock hard erection is ready for action , If you have any erection problems, just go to your doctor , and ask about Cialis.

About ten years ago I started having trouble getting an erection, and often lost it during sex. My lovely wife, who is 25 years younger than me, was resigned to a life without sex. 10mg of Cialis changed all that! My penis stays half erect for a day and a half after each dose, and even the lightest touch brings it fully erect. Best of all, even in my prime I could only go around once. Now I can satisfy my bride multiple times. It's brought us much closer!

First time I tried Cialis 5 mg after consulting the cardiologist who attends me. I mentioned to him that due to epilepsy and heart failure medication, I can only get an erection once. Even though I'm 45 years old, I find it hard to go a second time. today being with my partner the pill worked as it should. After 40 minutes with each stimulus there was an erection. But there was a problem on the second attempt. As I was on the act due to the strained effort, my implanted defibrillator went off. Unfortunately I had to stop there instantly. I was scared that the defibrillator activated. I don't know if I will be able to get it again.

Sometimes it works, sometimes not so much. I do get a slight reaction from it also. I develop a rash on the upper left arm. Strange location for that.

I have been using sildenifil for years. Hated the side effects. Hated to have to take before the moment and wait. Really...it just quit working for me. I didnt know where to turn. Finally discussed issue with my doctor and decided to make a change. Dr prescribed Cialis, 20mg. Omg the difference was amazing. Incredible difference. Iron bar. 3,4,5,6 times every night. Intense. Love it. Love it, love it...highly recommend. Lasts for days. Same price as sidenifil too. Wake up every night, comment on how incredible I feel, Im 70. Do it.

After a five-year period of celibacy, I started dating again once the pandemic ended. As a shy guy dealing with a moderate case of erectile dysfunction (ED), I faced challenges in my first two relationships. Despite my efforts, I struggled to maintain an erection long enough to satisfy my partners, which led to them ultimately giving up on me. I decided to consult with my doctor, who worked with me to try three different ED medications: generic versions of Viagra, Levitra, and Cialis. The first two caused unpleasant side effects, including headaches, flushing, and stomach upset, which I found difficult to tolerate. However, when my doctor prescribed the lowest dose of Cialis, it made a significant difference. Although I still experience a mild headache and some facial flushing, taking one Tylenol helps me feel better. The erections have been fantastic, and I now have much better control over when I ejaculate. My new girlfriend is extremely satisfied with our sexual experiences. I'm planning to try a daily 2.5 mg dose to see if the side effects diminish over time, as many users on the forum have reported. Overall, I'm grateful to have found a solution that works for me, and I hope that sharing my experience can help other men who may be facing similar challenges.

Was prescribed due nocturia. Went from getting up several times a night to rarely at all within a week. Did not realize it was the same thing as Cialis until couple days later when I started having annoyingly long morning erections and read the paperwork that came with the prescription. Did not think I had a problem in that area, but it has helped me perform much better than I ever have! Wish I would have started taking this a couple years ago when I started having urinary issues. No bad side effects whatsoever

I was initially given 20 mg samples by my urologist four years ago. The side effects were too much, flushing, anxiety and headache. Years later I read that 2.5 and 5 Mg cialis can be used for BPH and ED. I enquired at my next urological appointment and my Urologist prescribed 5 MG generic cialis and had me discontinue Finasteride which is good for BPH but has ED side effects. Side effects, flushing and muscle aches were much more tolerable and went away after a week. It may take 3-6 months before the Finasteride is totally out of my system, however Cialis has restored blood flow to my penis. Erections are not all that hard but at least they happen and I live in hope that as Finasteride wears off things will continue to improve. Penile length has been restored to normal and girth is better than I remember. I still urinate well. So far so good. I use Singlecare to get the generic form for less than $10 for a month's supply. The Part D plan I have does not cover Cialis. Given the generic is reasonably priced that is not a concern.

Undoubtedly, the use of Sialis increases self-confidence and improves the quality and duration of sexual intercourse. proven on myself. But, it is important to consult a doctor before starting treatment to determine the appropriate dosage and to exclude possible contraindications.

I am a 56 year old male. After about 50 I found I could get an erection about 30 percent of the time with my girlfriend. I was frustrated and so was she as she thought it was her. About a month ago I called Hims and got approved for generic cialis 5mg once a day tablets. I can now get an erection each and every time we are together. Now I get it through my insurance and pay far less if anything for my prescription. I have had no side effects. I feel like I am a whole man again. I can satisfy my beautiful girlfriend. Would definitely recommend this drug.

I'm a healthy, active, working, single (divorced) male in my 60's. I am currently not dating, and have not had sex in over 6 years (based primarily on my own life decisions and work demands.) Recently, I decided that it may be time to begin dating again, but was concerned because my issues sustaining an erection have worsened. I asked my Dr about Cialis, and was prescribed 10 MG of Tadalafil (insurance pays for 8 tablets a month.) A few days ago, I took my first one, then waited a couple of hours to see how it might work. Without stimulation, nothing felt different. But when I finally stimulated myself... Wow! I got hard, and stayed hard - like a teenager. After I stopped stimulation, it stayed comfortably hard for a few minutes, then quickly went softer. These were exactly the results I was hoping for. Later that night, when I stimulated to ejaculation, it was intense. I also like the fact that this med is designed to last up to 36 hours. Having sex may be just wishful thinking, but at least I'm prepared to be a better partner if it happens.

After having a colon resection for treatment for colon cancer, I wound up with the additional problem of ED. Years after suffering from ED I was prescribed cialis. The drug did absolutely nothing for my ED

so much better than viagra, I use the smaller dosage daily version and it works perfectly, I am always ready which is important as the wife is mostly not interested, but get interested at unexpected times. by taking the 5mg daily dosage I can respond whenever the wife decides it is my lucky day. to be honest, the cost was a problem for a while and I tried a number of online stores that offered lower prices but most sent fake pills or no pills. hims send good products but still expensive, low-cost-rx.com had the same quality as hims for a much lower cost so they have become my go to store. I strongly recommend cialis if you need help with ED, PS i am turning 70 soon so I am planning on using this for as long as it continues to help.

Hi. I am a 39 y/o woman. I did not take cialis , of course but my 61 y/0 partner did . Results were impressive but the side effects are concerning . A week after taking 10mg every night , he noticed strange vision ( red circle) on his right eye. Now, after 3 weeks ,he lost sight almost completely . Has anyone experienced the same since taking Cialis ?

Comment from: Tom 55-64 Transgender 1 to 6 months Caregiver Published: August 26

Started taking in the last month. The medication is very impressive. It works well for me and my wife noticed that I am having a more fuller erection. And I noticed that is like when I was younger. only mild side effects, headache, and stuffy nose.
